Mathematician and founder of computer coding Ada Lovelace attempts to reconcile her love for her family with her passion for mathematics.

The goal of the lighting was to emphasize Ada’s vacillating feelings of excitement and isolation. The light bulbs were used to visually represent the metaphor of Ada as a hummingbird with infinite energy and infuse the space with the energy and wonder present in the music.
